First off, thank you to my friend William Green for inspiring this cartoon!
This summer I've been doing a lot more driving than usual. A few months ago I drove up from SFO to SEA. We made a lot of stops at rest areas along the way. In the same vein, getting on a jumbo plane can feel like a cross country journey. I work for an airline with medium sized planes, but even our "big boy" cabins can feel like a never-ending ocean of human sardines.
