17046 Down on the Reserve Farm
![A field of reserve flight attendants lounge around like cows waiting to be called out for duty.](https://static.wixstatic.com/media/1586a4_750f6e83058f4d0491a8e928cb27641f~mv2_d_1800_1800_s_2.jpg/v1/fill/w_980,h_980,al_c,q_85,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto/1586a4_750f6e83058f4d0491a8e928cb27641f~mv2_d_1800_1800_s_2.jpg)
And now a glimpse inside my strange and sleep deprived brain.
I am no longer on reserve (thank God), but hats off to you whom brave that world of unknown destinations!
Confession: I have no idea how this cartoon idea got into my head. But it made me smile so I scribbled it down. Sometimes I create cartoons simply because there's an element I'd like to draw--like the trees or the big puffy clouds. It gets a little boring drawing galleys and cabins all day. And I'm sure my characters appreciate the fresh air.
Now that I look at it, I realize it would have funny to add the long bearded shepherd with a staff I had originally scribbled down in my idea book. Oh well. He's probably out getting coffee for everyone.
