Shipping and Contact Information

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PT

Shipping Times

I strive to fulfill orders within 2-3 business days. If you put an order in on a Friday, I will see it on Monday. I'm a small operation so please be patient. Priority Mail is not a time-guaranteed service. While it usually takes 3-7 days from shipment date, there is no refund if it takes longer.

Tracking Numbers 

When you place an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation as well as an email when something has shipped. US domestic orders will receive a tracking number. I ship both Domestic and International orders using USPS Priority Mail. 

Domestic Orders

In most situations you should receive your order within 3-7 business days of shipping. For very large orders, please allow up to two weeks. I offer FREE Domestic shipping using USPS Priority Mail, however, if you're in a time crunch and need it sooner, email me at jetlaggedcomic@gmail.com to discuss options and purchase additional postage. 

International Orders

I do not provide tracking numbers for international orders.  The minimum transit time for international shipping is 3-4 weeks (yes, even to Canada). If you haven't gotten your order within 4 weeks, please email me at jetlaggedcomic@gmail.com.

Returns/Refunds 

If you aren't completely satisfied with my products, I will issue you a refund. However, you will be required to ship the product back to me before I will process the refund, less the shipping. Please include the original invoice or order number. 

No returns/refunds given after 60 days.

Damaged Products

If your product is damaged during shipping, please take a picture and email it me. Once I get the photo I will send you a replacement free of charge. 

Lost Products

If your order is lost in transit you'll have the option of reshipment or a refund for the missing item (less the shipping fees). I am unable to reship for a third time or offer a refund. 

Other Mishaps

Changes to an address require a reshipment fee. 

If you entered an incomplete / incorrect or hotel address and your item is lost / stolen, I require that you send the money for reshipment. Minimum domestic reshipment charge is $2.00+ 

I DO NOT SHIP TO HOTEL ADDRESSES. I apologize if this is an inconvenience to you, but I have had too many orders gone "missing." Please use a physical mailing address or PO Box only.
